STOER Bikes return policy: Easy returns & refunds!

At STOER Bikes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We understand that there may be situations where you want to return a product. Therefore, we have established a simple and clear return policy.

Return conditions

- Return Period: You can return your STOER Bike Return within 14 days of receipt.
- Product Condition: Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase: Be sure to include the return form and purchase receipt.

Return Process

  1. Sign up: Report your return using the button below
  2. Packaging: Pack the products carefully, in the original packaging, and include the completed return form.
  3. Shipping: Stick the return label on the box and take it to a PostNL office. Keep the shipping receipt.


When do we pay back?
Within 14 days of revocation, we will transfer the purchase cost and original shipping cost.

What do you get in return?
The full purchase price, excluding original shipping and handling charges.

How will you receive the amount?
Through the original payment method. If this is not possible, we will contact you.

Return cost: Return shipping costs are at your own expense. For defective or wrongly delivered products, you will receive a new one or a refund.

Download the return form, fill it out and attach it to your return shipment.

Instructions for returns

  1.  Return: Make sure:
    - Items are complete and in original, undamaged packaging.
    - The return form and copy invoice are attached.
  2. Shipping: Deliver the package to a PostNL office and keep the shipping receipt.
  3. Handling: After processing your return, you will be notified automatically. Have you not heard anything after 14 days? If so, please contact our customer service department.
